I love how intuitive HRM is. Even my hiring managers who do not have experience working in multiple ATS systems have picked up on functionality tricks right away. When we do have questions though, Brad is always available to help out- sometimes on a weekly, daily, or even hourly basis- even 2 months out from our initial implementation!
In a two person HR department we have eliminated so much paper and time consuming tasks. Pretty customizable product that makes recruiting easier and streamlined. ClearCompany offers a very solid product and makes it easy to track candidates coming in. They offer great reporting tools and have cutting edge candidate processes (video interviewing).
The ClearCompany applicant tracking system is very intuitive to use - for recruiters as well as hiring managers! You have many filters and options on how to see information as well, which is extremely helpful.

My client relationship manager has been excellent. She's very responsive to my requests and I like the flexibility they offer in developing the product to suit our needs. The whole implementation process with the ATS and the on-boarding went very well and they were able to adapt to our last minute requests and address our concerns before going "live".
I like the fact they have different modules that can be implemented as our company continues to grow. We are now exploring the performance management tool with them and hope to implement that within the next year.
The user friendliness of viewing resumes and applications. Everything within the system is accessed so easily and the view for the resumes is all on one screen. The job posting feature is fantastic as well.

This tool is very easy to use -- intuitive user interface. I'm in HR and often need to help hiring managers navigate. I can get them up to speed in 10 minutes or less, which is not so with other systems I've used and trained people on. The reporting capability made preparations for our AAP a snap, and helps with last minute requests for data/metrics from Executive Leadership.
As someone who has used many other talent acquisition and performance management tools, ClearCompany has proven to be far superior to other platforms commercially available today. It is an extremely efficient product, very intuitive and not at all clunky. We have never experienced any downtime or unexpected periods of not being able to access the system when we need to which validates the reliability of the technology.
