Andre Lavoie

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Andre is the CEO and Co-Founder of ClearCompany. Prior to ClearCompany, Andre was Global Managing Director at Thomson Reuters, where he ran a 1Bn global business across 90 countries. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Andre was responsible for product development and operations at CCBN, a company he helped grow from a small start-up to number 36 on the INC 500.

Andre is an expert at product innovation. He has filed nearly ten patents in the knowledge and information industry and is an avid speaker and contributor to many of the nation’s largest publications with a focus on talent innovation.

Andre graduated from Boston College with concentrations in computer science and communications and is a member of YPO, (Young Presidents’ Organization). He lives in Denver with his wife and three children.

Colin Kingsbury

President & Co-Founder
Colin is the President and Co-Founder of ClearCompany. Prior to joining HRMDirect (now ClearCompany), Colin served as CTO for empolis North America, a division of Bertelsmann AG, where he helped direct the development of the empolis Knowledge Management Suite, one of the world’s first commercially-deployed applications based on Semantic Web technologies.

Colin is an expert in knowledge automation, and designed custom knowledge solutions for some of the largest companies in the world including Northrop Grumman, Boeing, General Electric, and the US intelligence community.

Colin is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics, and holds a certificate in Mandarin from the College of Foreign Languages, Beijing. He is also an Alaska-trained seaplane pilot, and writes for several Boston-area publications.

Django Bliss

Chief Technology Officer
Django is the Chief Technology Officer of ClearCompany. Prior to joining ClearCompany, Django was the founder and CTO of HireAbility where he created innovative CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Applicant Tracking software for companies with a worldwide presence. He also created a distributed grid computing solution that allowed the largest job boards in the world to process millions of resumes per hour.

Since 1995 Django has been creating solutions for complex software and hardware problems, from wireless webcasts on mountain tops to designing and building high volume software packages for Fortune 500 companies.
 In the early days of the web, he designed and rolled out some of the earliest large-scale database driven auction and real-estate websites.

Django graduated from Clarkson University with degrees in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science and Business. Django believes technology can be understood by anyone and enjoys translating the world of technology into terms that anyone can grasp.

Janet Chambers

Chief Financial Officer

Janet is ClearCompany’s CFO with over 20 years of leading finance and accounting teams. She specializes in helping venture capital and private equity-backed companies in scaling their finance and accounting ecosystems, building A Player teams and managing investor relations.

Prior to joining ClearCompany, Janet was with KPMG LLP, Thomson Reuters, Cryptzone and FactSet. She holds an undergraduate and masters degree from the University of Central Florida.

Brian Campbell

Senior Vice President of Sales & Chief Revenue Officer
Brian is SVP and Chief Revenue Officer of ClearCompany. Prior to ClearCompany, Brian was Vice President of Sales for NASDAQ’s Multimedia Solutions business where he led teams across Toronto, San Francisco, Denver, New York, and Boston.

Prior to NASDAQ, Brian served in many Sales Management, Marketing and Account Management leadership roles during his 10 years at Thomson Reuters. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Brian led the securities valuation operation at Fidelity Investments during a transformational period of rapid expansion.

Brian graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in Finance. He lives just outside of Boston with his wife and three children.

Sara Pollock

Vice President of Marketing
As the head of Marketing at ClearCompany, Sara drives the strategic direction for all inbound and outbound marketing activities.

Prior to coming on board with ClearCompany, Sara was a Market Research Consultant with Cspace, a division of Omnicom. While there, she specialized in the Financial Services and Healthcare verticals, advising on advertising campaigns and product launches for organizations such as Wells Fargo and Chase.

Sara holds a B.A., in Strategic Communications from Elon University, along with an M.A, in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising from Emerson College.

Christine Rose

Vice President of Customer Success

Christine Rose is the Vice President of Customer Success at ClearCompany and is responsible for driving an excellent customer experience across all ClearCompany products throughout the client lifecycle.

Christine brings more than 15 years of relationship management and operations experience to ClearCompany. She specializes in scaling customer success departments at high-growth businesses through data analysis, consistent process, and a general passion for making customers see value in the products and services they use.

Christine started her career in customer success at Experian where she was charged with improving the customer experience by managing the account management, lead generation, and sales training departments. She moved to become the Chief Commercial Officer at a content marketing agency in Boston, leading the customer success, editorial, technical, and social media departments. She most recently comes to us from FastPay where she acted as the SVP of Relationship Management and was a key stakeholder in their acquisition transition team.

Christine graduated from Syracuse University and lives in Massachusetts with her family.

Angie Wideman-Powell

Director of Human Resources

As ClearCompany's HR Business Partner, Angie focuses on all things HR including managing employee benefits, onboarding and engagement initiatives.

With a keen focus on best-practices, she serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team by acting as a trusted resource on a wide variety of human resources topics including policy interpretation, creating and recommending enhancements to the HR process, and career development.

Angie holds a master's degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and she has experience working for the largest PEO in Hawaii.

Stop by at 200 Clarendon and you’ll find more than the best views of downtown. Your average week will see afternoon trivia, wine club, games of cornhole, and the occasional scooter race on the agenda.

The Fort Collins office is where you’ll find Implementation Managers, Support Specialists, CSMs and Ops working side by side with a menagerie of animal counterparts. While they may be our most recently founded location, the Fort Collins team hasn’t earned the nickname “FunCo” for nothing! From team triathlons to hikes and doggie playdates, this team is adventurous bunch.
