In 2018, we created ClearCompany Labs, a new in-house think tank and development studio with the freedom, mandate, and resources to pursue next-generation Talent Management solutions outside our Product Roadmap. Now 15% of ClearCompany’s technical professionals are 100% dedicated to an innovative Labs initiative at any given time.
Why Labs Matter?
Janet is ClearCompany’s CFO with over 20 years of leading finance and accounting teams. She specializes in helping venture capital and private equity-backed companies in scaling their finance and accounting ecosystems, building A Player teams and managing investor relations.
Prior to joining ClearCompany, Janet was with KPMG LLP, Thomson Reuters, Cryptzone and FactSet. She holds an undergraduate and masters degree from the University of Central Florida.
Christine Rose is the Vice President of Customer Success at ClearCompany and is responsible for driving an excellent customer experience across all ClearCompany products throughout the client lifecycle.
Christine brings more than 15 years of relationship management and operations experience to ClearCompany. She specializes in scaling customer success departments at high-growth businesses through data analysis, consistent process, and a general passion for making customers see value in the products and services they use.
Christine started her career in customer success at Experian where she was charged with improving the customer experience by managing the account management, lead generation, and sales training departments. She moved to become the Chief Commercial Officer at a content marketing agency in Boston, leading the customer success, editorial, technical, and social media departments. She most recently comes to us from FastPay where she acted as the SVP of Relationship Management and was a key stakeholder in their acquisition transition team.
Christine graduated from Syracuse University and lives in Massachusetts with her family.
As ClearCompany's HR Business Partner, Angie focuses on all things HR including managing employee benefits, onboarding and engagement initiatives.
With a keen focus on best-practices, she serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team by acting as a trusted resource on a wide variety of human resources topics including policy interpretation, creating and recommending enhancements to the HR process, and career development.
Angie holds a master's degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and she has experience working for the largest PEO in Hawaii.
